We are continuously hiring to meet the diverse needs of our students. \n At Targeted Provision, we are dedicated to transforming the educational landscape for young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND), including those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. We also support children with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). \n We are seeking passionate SEN/SEND tutors who are eager to make a real difference in the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in Worcestershire. What We Offer Our SEN/SEND Tutors:\n\n • Flexible part-time to full-time hours tailored to your schedule.\n, • Opportunities for remote work and online teaching assignments.\n, • Access to extensive CPD and upskilling opportunities, including the full Tes CPD suite.\n, • A dedicated SEN/SEND Support Team to ensure success for both you and the young people you support.\n, • Join our vibrant tutor community to share best practices, resources, and tips.\n, • Be part of a child-centered organization committed to transforming support for vulnerable young people.\nYour Role as an SEN/SEND Tutor:\n\n, • Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other additional educational needs.\n, • Support students referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeys.\n, • Deliver flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n, • Plan and deliver tailored teaching sessions that meet the unique needs of each student.\n, • Create engaging and holistic learning experiences that foster educational and social-emotional growth.\n, • Complete lesson reports and provide constructive feedback on student progress.\nRequirements to Join Our Team:\n\n, • Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS).\n, • A minimum of 2 years teaching experience.\n, • Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional educational needs.\n, • Knowledge of safeguarding processes.\n, • Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this at cost if needed).\n, • Two professional references.\n, • Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.\n\n Note: It is essential to promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people while adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
