MEICA Contracts Manager – Permanent – Midlands – Severn Trent & Thames Water Projects The Company You’ll be joining a well-established and forward-thinking contractor with a strong presence in the UK water industry. The Role As MEICA Contracts Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects from design through to completion — ensuring they’re delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to drive performance and maintain strong relationships, ensuring commercial and operational success throughout each project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the delivery of multiple MEICA projects across AMP8 frameworks., • Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers., • Oversee programme, quality, safety, and cost control from pre-construction through to handover., • Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and company procedures., • Support the commercial team with valuations, procurement, and change management., • Chair progress meetings and provide regular project reports., • Drive best practice, QA standards, and continuous improvement. About You • Experienced Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager) with a proven track record in MEICA delivery., • Strong background in the UK water industry, ideally with Severn Trent or Thames Water., • Excellent understanding of NEC contracts., • Capable of leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance across multiple projects., • Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
