We operate multiple pizzerias across London and Brighton & Hove, supported by a central production kitchen and support office. The Role: We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead one of our pizzerias. While this role will be based at a single location, we are not recruiting for a specific site at this stage. The final location will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate, based on experience, strengths and business needs. As General Manager, you will be fully accountable for the performance of your pizzeria, leading your team, driving commercial results and ensuring every customer receives a warm, consistent Fatto a Mano experience.
