HR Administrator – 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)\n\nLiverpool \n\nHybrid and flexible working \n\nFull Time (37 hours per week)\n\nImmediate Start\n\nSalary up to £25,000 plus competitive benefits package including \n\nJoin a Values-Driven Organisation Making a Difference\n\nMy client is a highly respected not-for-profit organisation based in Liverpool, committed to creating positive social impact through their work, partnerships and people. \n\nAs Human Resources Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring that HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with employment legislation and organisational policies.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is passionate about supporting people, maintaining high standards of compliance and contributing to a positive employee experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities for the Human Resources Administrator:\n\nProcess all employee starters and leavers.\n\nDraft and issue official HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts of employment and contractual change letters.\n\nManage end-to-end recruitment administration, including preparing and distributing recruitment packs and prepare interview documentation and support managers with interview arrangements.\n\nCoordinate all pre-employment checks for new starters including obtaining and verifying references, conducting qualification checks, verify Right to Work documentation and check DBS documentation and confirm authenticity of certificates.\n\nCoordinate organisational induction programmes and induction days.\n\nMonitor probation periods through the HR system and issue reminders to managers regarding probation reviews.\n\nSupport the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.\n\nWith the wider support of the HR team, provide first-line support through the HR helpdesk.\n\nAssist in processing monthly payroll amendments for approval.\n\nCoordinate exit interviews information to support organisational learning and improvement.\n\nKey requirements for the HR Administrator:\n\nMust have proven experience in an HR administration or recruitment role.\n\nMust be educated at GCSE level or above with a minimum of Grade C in Maths and English.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.\n\nCIPD Level 3 or working towards (desirable).\n\nIf you are interested in this HR Administrator position and you feel your experience matches the criteria, then please apply now for immediate consideration or for more information please contact Mark Croston.\n\nMedlock Partners are a professional services recruitment specialist.
