Role: Operations / Account Director Location: Blackburn Duration: 3 Months Overview Suited to someone who can lead the team at a senior level, have responsibility for the P&L, provide guidance and provide support where necessary. The successful candidate will be able to handle client escalations from a demanding client and lead the continuous improvement agenda. Purpose of the Role Provide immediate leadership cover due to sickness and senior capacity gaps. Stabilise operations across a complex PFI hard FM healthcare environment. Lead service quality improvements and support ongoing change/transformation programmes. Key Responsibilities Lead and support on‑site teams across technical services, projects, and helpdesk. Manage three‑way stakeholder relationships. Oversee contract performance, compliance, customer experience, and service delivery. Drive structured, planned operational improvement and change initiatives. Ensure resilience of day‑to‑day operations in a challenging, high‑demand environment. Complexity: The Account Director will be responsible for the Strategic delivery of the contract.
