Resident Services Assistant – South East Region (Norwich)

** Location: South East England – Norwich**
** Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time**
** Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, with shifts between 8:00–18:00 (minimum 1 Saturday per month)**

Reporting To: Resident Services Manager One Property Recruitment is proud to be representing a forward-thinking and values-led residential property operator in their search for a Resident Services Assistant to support their growing portfolio across the South East region.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at the forefront of customer experience in the residential sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving community engagement, supporting lettings activity, and maintaining high standards of service across a diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Conduct viewings and support the achievement of occupancy targets
Provide feedback on property condition, pricing, and market trends
Carry out routine inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
Manage key audits and oversee secure key storage
Liaise with the maintenance helpdesk and support quality assurance checks
Build strong relationships with residents, ensuring their voices are heard and acted upon
Organise and deliver community events to enhance the resident experience
Support new property mobilisations and open days
Deliver ad-hoc admin and project support to senior management
Provide cover across other sites as needed, including peak periods or annual leave
Experience & Skills Required
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (residential, hospitality, or commercial property ideal)
Knowledge of health & safety in a residential context
Confident working towards targets and KPIs
Tech-savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office and other business platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

A full UK driving licence is essential due to regular south east regional travel
