Service Coordinator (Repairs & Engineering)\n\nEast Leeds, just off the M1\n\n£28,000 - £31,000 + Outstanding Benefits\n\nHVAC Recruitment is working with a rapidly growing national engineering and home services organisation to recruit a Service Coordinator for its Leeds operation.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone from a planning, scheduling, repairs, customer service or engineering support background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being at the centre of a busy operation.\n\nAs a Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating engineers, managing repair requests, liaising with customers and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time.\n\nThe role would suit candidates currently working as a Service Coordinator, Repairs Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, Engineering Coordinator, Scheduler, Planner or Helpdesk Coordinator.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for managing incoming repair requests, coordinating engineer attendance, updating customers, resolving scheduling issues and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the repair process.\n\nWorking closely with engineers and operational teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and within agreed service levels.\n\nThe Package\n\nThe salary is £28,000 - £31,000 depending on experience, however the overall package is considerably stronger than most comparable roles in the region.\n\nBenefits include:\n\n30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical cover, life assurance, enhanced family-friendly policies, company pension, free breakfast, complimentary fruit, tea and coffee, regular social events and ongoing training and development.\n\nThe company has invested heavily in creating a modern working environment and offers genuine long-term career progression.
