The Role As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching to students aged 11–16 during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining the school’s positive learning environment. You will confidently deliver pre-planned lessons, adapt teaching to meet pupils’ needs, and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. The role may also involve supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where required. This is a well-established, community-focused secondary school serving with a “Good” inspection track record, strong leadership, broad curriculum, and a warm, inclusive ethos.
