Position Summary A proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support the Ford PartsPlus marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role will be key in managing budgets, coordinating with suppliers, preparing cost estimates, conducting market research, and handling purchasing for marketing-related activities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, financially astute, and capable of working across multiple projects simultaneously. Job Duties Budget & Financial Administration: • Assist in the creation and ongoing management of the marketing budget., • Monitors spend against budget and produce regular financial reports., • Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner., • Liaise with suppliers and external agencies to obtain quotes, confirm bookings, and ensure timely delivery of services or materials., • Provide administrative support for campaigns, events, and promotional activities., • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials., • Conduct market research to support campaign planning and competitor analysis., • Maintain organised records and documentation for marketing projects and supplier transactions., • Assist with reporting, analytics, and performance tracking for marketing activities., • Provide administrative support to the wider marketing team as required. Skills & Experience • Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role., • Strong organisational and multitasking skills., • Experience managing budgets., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)., • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders., • Knowledge of marketing principles and materials is advantageous., • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable., • Relevant experience or training in financial or project administration is an advantage. This is a hybrid role, working from home and at the OEC office in Newbury 2 days a week.
