    Evening Receptionist – Job Description Working Hours: • Monday: 1:30pm–7:00pm, • Tuesday: 1:00pm–7:00pm, • Wednesday: 1:30pm–7:00pm, • Thursday: 1:30pm–6:30pm, • Friday: 1:30pm–7:00pm Location: 9–11 Wrottesley Road, London, NW10 5UY Line Manager: Operations Manager Main Purpose of the Role • Provide a friendly, professional and helpful service to patients and visitors., • Answer calls, deal with enquiries and direct patients to the appropriate service., • Book appointments, process registrations and take home-visit requests., • Pass messages accurately to doctors and other team members., • Process prescriptions and other administrative tasks., • Update and record information on EMIS accurately., • Respond to patient tasks, emails and requests in a timely manner., • Scan and file patient documents and correspondence., • Contact hospitals and other healthcare services when required., • Keep the reception area and consulting rooms clean, tidy and ready for use., • Complete evening closing duties and ensure the building is secure., • Work well with colleagues and provide cover when required., • Follow all practice policies on confidentiality, data protection, health and safety, equality and diversity., • Attend required meetings, training and development sessions., • Report any concerns, risks or problems to the manager., • Manage your own workload and complete tasks accurately and on time., • Support the team and suggest improvements where appropriate. Every year, CAAS supports hundreds of ADHD and autistic children, young people, adults and their families through information, advice, support services, training and community programmes. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking a talented fundraiser who can help us build strong supporter relationships, develop new income streams, and ensure our vital work reaches even more people.
