John's cooking reimagines Thai flavours through hyper-seasonal British produce, served across a 50-cover dining room and Baan, our 16-cover private dining room, with a wine programme led by Desiree. As the restaurant grows, we are looking for an exceptional, passionate Senior Sous Chef to join the team. As Senior Sous Chef, you will own the day-to-day running of the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, leading a talented team and protecting the standards the kitchen is known for. You will lead by example on the pass, making sure every dish leaves the kitchen exactly as John intends, and step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. You will report to the Head Chef and support the full operation of the restaurant, the kitchen and Baan. This role will suit an experienced sous chef or senior sous chef from a premium or Michelin-starred kitchen, who leads from the front, cares deeply about produce, and wants to grow a team as well as their own craft. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who lives and breathes hospitality.
