An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Surveyor to join North Lanarkshire Council to deliver our large-scale Ambition Plan for regeneration, inclusive growth, housing development and our housing purchase scheme. Based at Civic Centre, Motherwell, you will be part of a team responsible for the provision of a co-ordinated property service disposing of and acquiring commercial and residential land and buildings. You will be MRICS qualified with a honours degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a property related subject. You should have considerable to substantial experience in commercial property valuation together with demonstrable experience of marketing and negotiating sales and acquisitions of land and property.
