To lead a team of care workers, in conjunction with relevant legislation and guidance to ensure that good outcomes are achieved for young people within the home to meet their physical, psychological, emotional & social development. Ensure that all foster carers and household members, support persons etc aged 18+ have an up to date DBS., 14. Attend meetings and/or provide reports for commissioning or care teams to address individual needs and care package. Administration 1.
