IT Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for clients requiring technical assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and ensure the seamless operation of our clients' systems and networks. This role plays a key part in upholding our reputation for reliability and excellent customer service.
