Main responsibilities: • Offering 1:1 support helping clients with a range of complex needs., • Supporting clients to attend college and clubs., • Assisting clients to day-to-day activities of their choice., • Supporting and encouraging the promotion of a healthy lifestyle., • Participating in the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans., • Providing support in all aspects of personal care., • Carry out housekeeping duties and day to day tasks., • Assist clients with managing finances., • Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to clients to promote their wellbeing., • Encourage the relationships that our clients have with family friends and the wider community., • Maintain and promote our clients independence., • Be mindful of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
