004637 11/08/2025 Adult Services Assessment & Resettlement/Shared Lives Care/Support Work - Adult Social Care Community Support Worker Assessment and Resettlement BBU05 BBU- 25989 Full time permanent 37 We are currently recruiting for a Community Support Worker to join our Assessment and Resettlement Team. The successful applicant will provide support for adults with a learning disability at a range of setting including a supported living project and the wider community. Duties will include; domestic and where applicable physical care and social duties aimed to creating a supporting homely atmosphere where service users can achieve maximum independence. The post holder will need to adopt a flexible pattern including some evenings and weekends.
