Role Purpose\n We are on the lookout for a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Enhanced Learning Team. In this role, you will support students with a variety of SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia, helping them build confidence and independence while achieving success. \n This is more than just a classroom support role; it’s about developing trusted relationships and providing personalized support that makes a lasting impact. You will collaborate closely with teachers, the SENDCo, parents, and external professionals to deliver targeted support in the classroom, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis. What You Will Be Doing\n\n • Supporting students with SEND both in the classroom and through targeted interventions.\n, • Acting as a key worker for identified students, tracking progress and providing consistent support.\n, • Delivering small group and one-to-one programs as directed by the SENDCo.\n, • Creating and maintaining student profiles, learning resources, and support plans.\n, • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to secure the best outcomes.\n, • Supporting students' social, emotional, and pastoral development.\n, • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to review meetings as required.\n, • Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students.\nWhat You Will Bring\n\n, • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.\n, • Experience supporting children or young people.\n, • A strong understanding of how positive relationships can help students succeed.\n, • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\n, • The ability to motivate, encourage, and inspire students.\n, • Good ICT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\n, • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.\n, • Relevant NVQ3 or equivalent, or several years of relevant experience (desirable).\n, • First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain one (desirable).\n, • Understanding of current provisions for children with special educational needs (desirable).\nAbout Blenheim Schools\n Blenheim Schools is a growing family of innovative, high-quality independent schools dedicated to enabling outstanding futures for every student.
