    Your mission at Voi For the position of a Fleet Specialist, you'll have the possibility of working in two different areas, depending on workload and suitability. We have our mechanical team, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles. This means keeping our e-bikes in top shape and providing strong support to our team on the ground. We also have our in-field team, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Glasgow area, making sure our operations run as efficiently as possible. Here are some exciting tasks awaiting you as a Fleet Specialist: • Ensuring the logistics of collecting and providing Voi e-bikes 🚲, • Searching for and collecting damaged e-bikes 🚲, • Battery replacement🔋, • Performing quick on-site repairs of the e-bikes 🔧 🚲, • Diagnosing and repairing broken vehicles 🔧🚲, • Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired ♻️, • Assisting with the acceptance, packaging, and provision of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse🔍, • Supporting our on-site team as needed, whether it's identifying damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, or setting up fallen vehicles🤝 What you'll need to embark • Full UK Driving License with a maximum of 6 points for minor offences and no major offences, and meet the requirements for our e-Van insurance. The reason for this is that you may be required to drive one of our e-Vans occasionally, • In-depth knowledge of your city, and you’re used to driving in your city, • Responsible team player who can manage tasks alone and also work well in a group, • Ability to motivate others and to share knowledge within the team, • Pragmatic problem-solving mentality that executes tasks, finds solutions and works hard to reach the team targets and OKR’s, • Ready to navigate your city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions, • Has the ability to react calmly to stressful situations (poor parking, traffic…), • You have a physical condition that allows you to carry heavy loads, • PLEASE NOTE: You may be required to go through a DBS Check for this role. Job conditions • NOTE: our Talent Acquisition is based in Spain, you will receive a phone call from a Spanish number (+34)!, • Working shifts: 5 out of 7 (2-week shift pattern), • Working hours: flexibility to work shifts, including possible shifts during nights and weekends, • Contract type: 6 months Fixed Term contract Why Voi?     James Gray Recruitment are working with a well-established client in the built environment sector who are seeking a Structural Engineer with experience in the design and delivery of building structures. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team working on a range of residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments.
