We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join our team on an AD HOC basis within a children’s residential care home in Bolton. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with diverse needs while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide person-centred care and emotional support to children and young people., • Assist in daily activities including personal care, education routines, and recreational activities., • Promote independence, safeguarding, and wellbeing at all times., • Support children with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties., • Maintain accurate records, reports, and care plans in line with regulatory standards., • Work collaboratively with the wider care team, external agencies, and families where appropriate., • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People or equivalent)., • Previous experience within a children’s residential setting or similar environment., • Strong communication, resilience, and interpersonal skills., • An understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management, and trauma-informed care., • Flexibility to work on an AD HOC basis, including weekends or evenings as required., • Competitive hourly rates., • Flexible working patterns to suit your availability., • Supportive team and ongoing training opportunities. A large national UK Charity has an excellent opportunity within its in-house legal team for a mid-level to senior (5+ PQE) lawyer to be no.2 in the property litigation team. The role can be performed completely remotely (with the opportunity for office attendance if preferred). 4 or 5 day working week. You must already be based in the UK and be a lawyer qualified in England & Wales only. My client is looking to appoint a mid-senior level property litigator (minimum 5 years pqe +) to advise upon and manage property law disputes arising out of/in connection with the Charity's operational & investment property. Key to this role is the collaborative working with the surveyors and projects team in advance of new projects. This is a really interesting and unique property litigation role, often you will be dealing with unregistered land and historical titles. You will: • Provide legal advice on property law disputes across the Charity's operational estate (e.g. title, trespass, boundary disputes, rights & easements, restrictive covenants, rights of support and claims for nuisance)., • Have conduct of property law disputes with adjoining landowners, occupiers & other third parties (with assistance, as required)., • Advice on the Charity's rights & duties in respect of land under the Charity's historic legislation and the enforcement of the Charity's other modern statutory powers., • Liaising with external solicitors & Counsel to facilitate effective & efficient conduct of those property litigation matters being handled externally., • Drafting letters before action, claims, witness statements, applications & other court documents, & compiling court bundles for issue at court and service on Defendants (again, with assistance of the more senior lawyers as and when required). On top of the basic salary (a budget of £46,000 - £48,000 per annum is available) and excellent benefits package (including pension to 10%, holidays rising to 30 days with service and two x paid CSR days), you will benefit from a collegiate and remote working environment The team will have non-obligatory face-to-face team meetings each year plus optional meet ups on day one for new team members in their home city.
