We're seeking an experienced Global Tax Manager to lead group tax reporting for interim and year-end reporting and oversee global Pillar 2 compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive efficiency, manage tax risk, and improve data accuracy. Reporting to the UK-based Group Head of Tax, the role offers a 6-9 x month interim contract, hybrid working and a competitive day rate. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Lead the group tax provisioning process, working with local controllers and the Group Head of Tax to deliver accurate IFRS disclosures for half-year and year-end reporting.\n, • Manage global Pillar 2 compliance, including GLOBE returns, QDMTTs and related notifications.\n, • Oversee UK corporation tax compliance, including computations, returns, payments and HMRC filings.\n, • Support the Group's transfer pricing framework, including policy, documentation, intercompany charges and local compliance.\n, • Provide tax advice on restructurings, acquisitions, disposals, financing and new business initiatives.\n, • Partner with finance, legal and commercial teams to identify tax risks and opportunities and provide practical advice.\n\n \n Skills & Experience \n \n\n • Direct Tax experience; International Tax and Pillar 2 experience advantageous.\n, • Oracle Tax experience beneficial but not essential.\n, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and influence stakeholders.\n, • IT literate with strong Excel skills.\n, • ACA/ACCA/CIMA background advantageous.\n, • Honest, ethical and acts with integrity.\n, • Proactive, hands-on approach.\n, • Critical thinker with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.\n, • Collaborative team player.\n, • Able to build relationships quickly.\n, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines while maintaining quality.\n, • Strong analytical mindset and can-do attitude.\n, • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\n
