Join Our Caring Team We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Health Care Assistants, Support Workers, and Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team, providing high-quality care across Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Supported Living Services, around Hounslow / Ealing / Uxbridge / Richmond and Harrow. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care while promoting dignity, respect, and independence., • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting., • Support individuals with mobility and safe transfers using appropriate equipment where required., • Administer or assist with medication (where trained and authorised)., • Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in service users' health or wellbeing., • Support individuals with daily living activities and encourage independence., • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, colleagues, and families. Domiciliary Care Assistant Responsibilities In addition to the above, Domiciliary Care Assistants will: • Visit clients in their own homes to provide personalised care and support., • Assist with household tasks, including light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation., • Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community access., • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and remain safely in their own homes. Essential Requirements for HCA’s / Support Workers • Health Care Assistants and Support Workers must have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a care home, nursing home, supported living service, hospital, or other healthcare setting., • Previous domiciliary care experience is desirable for Domiciliary Care Assistants but not essential if you have relevant care experience in the UK., • A caring, compassionate, and professional approach., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays where required., • Right to work in the UK., • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Additional Requirement for Domiciliary Care Roles A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred (or willingness to travel between clients using suitable transport where applicable). Desirable Qualifications • Moving & Handling Training., • Medication Administration Training., • First Aid and Basic Life Support., • Experience supporting older people, individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or mental health needs.
