They are proud holders of the Investors in People (IIP) Gold accreditation, ranking as one of the highest-scoring architecture practices globally.\n\nThe studio places real emphasis on wellbeing, collaboration, and work-life balance, ensuring everyone feels valued, supported, and able to thrive both professionally and personally.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs an Architect, you’ll play an important role in supporting the delivery of projects across all RIBA stages (0–7), working closely with a collaborative and approachable team.\n\nYou’ll be encouraged to take ownership, develop your skills, and contribute creatively, while always having the support of experienced colleagues around you.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nSupporting the day-to-day delivery of projects within a collaborative team environment \n\t\nProducing high-quality planning and construction packages (drawings, schedules, specifications) \n\t\nLiaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities \n\t\nCoordinating both internal teams and external consultants \n\t\nWorking independently when required, with ongoing support and guidance \n\nAbout You\n\nWe’re looking for someone who is not only technically capable, but also enjoys working as part of a friendly and supportive team.\n\nYou will ideally have:\n\nARB registration (Chartered Architect) \n\t\n3–5+ years post-qualification experience at Project Architect level \n\t\nExperience managing projects across RIBA stages 0–7 \n\t\nStrong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes \n\t\nA creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset \n\t\nExcellent communication and organisational skills \n\t\nExperience with REVIT (preferred but not essential) \n\nProjects & Practice\n\nThe practice offers a diverse and exciting project portfolio, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple sectors including:\n\nEducation (their traditional strength) \n\t\nCommercial & Industrial \n\t\nHealthcare \n\t\nLeisure & Arts \n\t\nResidential \n\t\nSport & Recreation \n\nCurrent projects include a £23m Bioeconomy Institute, an Indoor Air Quality Research Centre, and a hostel refurbishment scheme.\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\nThis is a practice that genuinely invests in its people and culture.
