OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To program, set and manufacture small-batch aerospace components. Workshop Controller Location: Wraysbury Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE Full Time | Permanent Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy automotive or commercial vehicle operation. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with previous dealership or truck workshop experience who can effectively manage workshop productivity, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure excellent communication between the workshop and front-of-house teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, technicians are utilised effectively, and customers receive a first-class service experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services who enjoys being at the centre of site operations, coordinating materials, labour and logistics activities to ensure works progress safely and efficiently. Working closely with the site management and project delivery teams, you will take ownership of day-to-day logistics operations, material movements and site coordination activities across a busy MEP installation project.
