About the Role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our preschool, ensuring we provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children aged 2–5 years. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the nursery in line with Ofsted requirements. Lead and motivate a small, dedicated team to deliver outstanding childcare and early education. Ensure a high standard of safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene practices. Work closely with parents, carers, and outside agencies to support each child’s development. About You: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable). Proven leadership experience within an Early Years setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Excellent communication, organisational, and people skills. A genuine passion for giving children the best possible start in life.
