This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable employer offering competitive pay, ongoing training, and genuine long-term career prospects. • Competitive pay of £13.14 - £14.27 per hour, • Temporary-to-permanent opportunity, • Full-time hours with regular shifts, • Supportive team environment, • Immediate starts available Your duties will include: • Preparing, mixing, and assembling food products using production machinery and equipment, • Handling raw ingredients and following production specifications, • Operating within strict food hygiene and health & safety procedures, • Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process, • Moving products and ingredients safely around the production facility, • Cleaning equipment and maintaining high housekeeping standards, • Working efficiently to meet daily production targets Available shifts include: • AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm, • PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, • Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: • Previous experience within food production, food manufacturing, production, or a factory environment, • The ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards, • Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices, • A reliable and positive approach to work, • Good teamwork and communication skills Please note: Previous food production or manufacturing experience is preferred and candidates with relevant experience will be prioritised.
