Sunscript Ltd is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and manage the company's online presence and digital communications. The successful candidate will promote our translation, interpreting and professional advisory services to UK and international clients, with a particular focus on Chinese-speaking markets. • Develop and implement social media and digital communication strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu (RED) and WeChat. • Create, edit and publish engaging content promoting the company's translation, interpreting and related professional services., • Manage the day-to-day operation of the company website, including updating service pages, news, promotional content and other digital information to ensure accuracy, consistency and relevance., • Manage day-to-day social media accounts and maintain consistent brand messaging and visual presentation across the company’s website and digital platforms., • Plan and support digital marketing campaigns, cultural events and other promotional activities., • Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, audience growth and campaign performance, and prepare regular performance reports., • Research market trends, competitor activities, website content and customer preferences to improve marketing strategy, online visibility and brand awareness.
