Minimum Requirements • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a retoucher in a commercial photography or advertising agency., • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant retouching software., • Strong knowledge of color correction, image compositing, and non-destructive editing techniques., • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across a large volume of images., • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients., • Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior retouching team members., • Proven ability to work effectively with remote teams., • A portfolio showcasing your expertise in image retouching and your understanding of brand building and design., • Familiarity with industry-standard software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Bridge).
