Sales Administrator Location: Aldridge (Office-based, Monday–Friday) Salary: Competitive Hours: Full time About the Company Join a well-established manufacturer and distributor. This is an exciting time to join a small but rapidly growing team, where you’ll play a key role in both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. The Role As a Sales Administrator, you will support the business across sales, administration, and operations. This is a varied role that requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and suppliers Providing administrative support to the sales team Working closely with the wider admin team to ensure smooth order processing Liaising with the warehouse team to track orders, stock, and deliveries Supporting sales activity through accurate documentation, quotations, and customer updates Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a sales admin, customer service, or office-based role Confident communication skills (phone and email) Strong attention to detail and organisational ability A team player with a positive, flexible approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as the business grows Experience within manufacturing, metals, engineering, or similar sectors is beneficial but not essential Why Join?
