Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, real estate, home improvement, or related industries. Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with potential clients. Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A proactive attitude with a drive to succeed. Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of solar energy systems Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer concerns and provide customized solutions. Job Description: We are looking for a talented, passionate, and self-motivated Head Chef to manage and run our small kitchen. As the sole chef in the kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking all breakfast and lunch offerings, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and flavor. You will work directly with the owners, playing a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
