We are looking for a part time retail assistant for a lights store in Muswell Hill Broadway. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, attending to walk-in customers with the aim to convert them as well as managing and processing returns. Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Full training will be provided therefore no experience is required.

Specialising in surgical and non-surgical procedures, they have a complete range of proven solutions for individuals worldwide, including celebrities and world leaders. They are looking for someone to support their CEO with her appointments, day-to-day operations and events. Responsibilities: Efficiently organize and manage daily agenda and appointments: Maintain an organized schedule for key stakeholders. Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally: Respond to inquiries and communications in a timely and courteous manner. Filter and redirect calls and emails to the appropriate personnel. Perform basic accounting and administrative tasks: Assist in basic financial tasks and record-keeping. Support administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth operations. Take initiative and demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset: Proactively identify and address challenges. Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency. Qualifications: Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. Excellent organisational skills. Smart, proactive, and able to work independently. Excellent spoken and written English skills. Proficiency in French (optional, but advantageous). Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
