You will be joining a company that includes two Masters of Wine and a team of highly skilled, passionate, and motivated professionals. Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth, particularly in the on-trade. This role is ideal for a professional who is either a DipWSET holder, Master of Wine (MW) student, or Master Sommelier (MS) student, or similar levels of knowledge and experience to be able to discuss fine wine at the interview with a network that expects it. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of terroir driven wines, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of opening, managing and expanding accounts. Experience is key, yet we also want someone with extremely high personal and professional ethics, a genuine love for wine, and a desire to constantly improve their palate and skills through tasting and collaborative learning with the team. Key Responsibilities • Develop and strengthen relationships with key on-trade and fine wine retail accounts, • Proactively identify opportunities, prospect for new clients and open new accounts, • Compile and analyse monthly sales reporting, • Assist with order management, logistics and accounts, • Provide expert advice and guidance on wine selections to trade clients, developing and running training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, • Collaborate with the internal team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, to communicate brand stories and enhance portfolio positioning, • Act as an ambassador for our portfolio, representing Élevage Wines Ltd. at industry events, tastings, and trade shows Ideal Candidate Profile • Educational Background: great knowledge of wine, • Experience: Minimum 3 years in fine wine sales, with a strong focus on trade accounts, • Languages: English fluency essential.
