Click APPLY now, if you are interested in this role Position Overview: We're seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Miller to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC milling machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring components meet exacting specifications. This is an on-site, full-time role based at our Poulton-Le-Fylde facility. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality. Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools. Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a safe, clean work environment. Collaborate with engineers and production supervisors to meet deadlines and resolve issues. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a CNC Miller or Turner (minimum 23 years preferred). Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with N.C programming. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in machining or manufacturing (preferred).
