Technical Skills & Experience • Strong proficiency in 3D CAD and 2D drawing production and part management using Solid Edge (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar)., • Experience designing and integrating dielectric (RF) heating and welding systems or closely related thermal or high-voltage process equipment., • The design of sheet metal components and assemblies including frames, enclosures, panels, guards, and structural elements., • Experience designing mechanical aspects of electronic packaging, including enclosures, mounting, and thermal considerations., • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerancing, and DFM/DFA principles., • Design of systems requiring hydraulics and pneumatics., • Design of conveyor/material handling systems., • Selection and integration of motors, gearboxes, and drive systems including stepper and servo motors., • Experience working with third-party suppliers, contract manufacturers, and external vendors.
