About the Role: We are seeking a Reward Specialist to join our HR team on a permanent basis, supporting the UK & Ireland region. This role focuses on the management, analysis, and optimisation of compensation and benefits programs, alongside cost control, reporting, and governance. You will play a key role in ensuring our C&B offering is competitive, well-administered and clearly communicated to managers and employees. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and external providers to contribute to manage employee benefits renewals, insurance schemes, and vendor relationships, while providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. The role also contributes to key initiatives such as gender pay gap reporting, pay transparency and broader reward analytics. With a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, you will bring clarity to complex data, ensure financial accuracy, and support the continuous improvement of our reward processes, while keeping a global perspective aligned to Group standards.
