We have an exciting contract opportunity for Desktop & Laptop SupportTechnician with one of our leading clients. About the role Weare looking for a dependable and technically proficient IT Support Engineer tojoin our Onsite BAU team supporting the WM Morrisons account. The role involves scheduled support for incidents and service requests, hardware break-fix, andremote assistance across customer sites. Overview Our client is currently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are the job details for your reference: You can also ask our friendly recruitment team for any questions you may have about the role, between 09.00am till 17.00pm Monday to Friday. Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) Onsite Location: 71 Gain Lane - Bradford Working Hours: • Shift 1: 08:00 AM - 16:00 PM Roles and Responsibilities: • Respond to incidents and service requests scheduled by the GSC (Global Service Centre), • Perform hardware break-fix support for HP and Dell desktops and laptops, • Resolve software-related issues and fulfil software service requests, • Provide remote support to customer sites as needed, • Proven experience in IT support, particularly in hardware break-fix and software troubleshooting, • Familiarity with HP and Dell hardware platforms, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, • This is 5 day per week onsite contract.
