High volume lunch service only, working within a large kitchen team producing a selection of stone-baked pizzas, burgers, salads and various other mains and sides. 5 days out of 7, no late finishes! This position requires a chef with experience in the kitchen and a good attitude to work in this high volume business. Some occasional evening work needed. Pizza chef - We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join us in the Museums in South Kensington. The Natural History Museum and the Science Museum restaurants are open seven days a week to serve our customers freshly made lunch, pizzas, burgers and drinks. No evening shifts! We are seeking a passionate, organised and creative Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, helping drive consistent quality across all dishes, and maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene.
