Sales Channel Partner Manager (UK) Unattended Payments – Parking, Self-Service, Vending, Kiosk, EV's Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid) Reporting to: UK & Ireland Managing Director – Payments Market A leading global payments solutions company is undergoing a strategic transformation. As part of this evolution, the UK & Ireland sales team is expanding—and now offers an exciting opportunity for a Sales Channel Partner Manager with a focus on self-service / unattended payments in the parking, self-service, EV, Kiosk and Vending sectors. This role is ideal for a commercially minded relationship-builder with a strong track record in channel sales, partner enablement, and go-to-market strategy. What You’ll Gain: • A pivotal role in a growing team during a period of innovation and change, • High exposure across cross-functional teams—Product, Sales Consultants, Service Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Finance, • A collaborative environment with structured frameworks and proven sales support assets, • Opportunity to shape and execute partner strategies that directly impact the company’s success, • Flexibility, autonomy, and international collaboration What You’ll Bring: • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management in B2B or technology, • Experience in unattended payments, parking, transportation or similar verticals preferred, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus), • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Comfortable working across functions and geographies, • Proficient in Salesforce, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, • Methodical, self-motivated, and solution-oriented, • Willingness to travel (up to 25%) What you'll do: • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, • Build and manage long-term relationships with existing partners to enhance engagement and revenue, • Develop and execute partner business plans and enablement strategies, • Deliver sales and product training to equip partners for success, • Align internally with product, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless partner experiences, • Monitor partner KPIs and sales pipelines; adjust tactics as needed, • Negotiate partner agreements and manage incentive structures, • Represent the company at partner events, trade shows, and joint marketing initiatives, • Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal frameworks This is so much more than a sales role—it's a chance to help define the future of payments infrastructure in the UK and beyond.
