What you'll do As an Assistant Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our strategy to life by: Driving innovation projects from idea through to launch — including pack design, sustainability initiatives, and exciting new product development. Supporting campaign execution across ATL, BTL, shopper, and digital channels to ensure Richmond shines in-market. Partnering with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver high-quality brand activity on time and to budget. Using insights and data to measure performance, diagnose issues, and identify opportunities to grow the brand. What we're looking for We're looking for a self-starter with a passion for Marketing and consumer brands. The ideal candidate will bring: A degree-level qualification. At least 1 year's marketing experience in an FMCG environment. Strong project management and organisational skills. A collaborative, can-do attitude with the ability to build trusted relationships.
