We are looking for a Senior Product Marketeer, to be our expert on the market, customer needs and competitive landscape. In this role, you will shape how our products are positioned, understood and adopted. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure we build the right products and bring them to market with clarity and impact. Our Product team deeply understands our users and what to build. Our Marketing team knows how to reach audiences and shape compelling narratives. Our Sales team knows how to win deals, and our Customer Support team knows how to deliver value. As the Senior Product Marketeer, you operate at the intersection of these functions aligning strategy, messaging and execution to ensure the full value of our product is clearly articulated, adopted and realised across our customer base. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives on understanding customer problems, crafting compelling narratives and driving gotomarket success. Key Responsibilities: Market and Customer Insight Develop a deep, ongoing understanding of customer segments, behaviours and buying motivations Lead qualitative and quantitative research to uncover unmet needs and market opportunities Build and maintain persona frameworks and segmentation models Monitor competitive dynamics and market trends, translating insights into strategic recommendations Positioning and Messaging Leadership Own the creation of differentiated compelling product positioning Craft clear, valuedriven messaging that resonates with target audiences Ensure messaging consistency across all channels, regions and customer touchpoints Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions through market insights GotoMarket Strategy and Execution Lead endtoend GTM planning for product launches and major feature releases Define launch strategy, success metrics and crossfunctional alignment Partner with Sales, Partner Operations and Marketing to drive adoption and pipeline impact Ensure organisational readiness through training, enablement and coordinated execution Sales and Field Enablement Create highimpact sales tools including pitch decks, battlecards, competitive briefs and demos Train sales teams on messaging, positioning and objection handling Support strategic customer conversations and key deals when needed Content and Storytelling Produce or oversee content that drives awareness, adoption and expansion Translate complex product capabilities into simple, compelling narratives Partner with Marketing to develop content for campaigns, events and thought leadership Performance, Measurement and Optimisation Track and analyse product adoption, GTM performance and pipeline contribution Use insights to refine messaging, positioning and GTM strategy Own outcomes focusing on measurable business impact rather than deliverables alone Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Strong ability to understand customer needs, market dynamics and competitive landscapes in a B2B technology environment. Expertise in crafting clear, differentiated positioning and messaging Proven experience leading cross functional go to market strategy and execution Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across Product, Marketing, Sales and Support Experience creating high impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, competitive briefs) Data driven mindset with the ability to interpret adoption, pipeline and performance metrics Strong ownership mentality with a focus on outcomes and measurable business impact A willingness to frequently travel to USA, EMEA and North Asia to meet with customers, partners and regional teams. 5+ years experience in Product Marketing or very closely related role. Experience in one or more of the following would also be beneficial: Knowledge of the following technologies: Monitoring or measurement systems. Open/disaggregated network architectures Other communications technology areas where you believe there are opportunities for high-precision test and measurement solutions. Ethernet/IP 4G, 5G Mobile Networks Core, RAN, etc. Datacoms infrastructure: Data Center architectures, DC Interconnect, networking protocols Prior experience working within the communications test and measurement industry. Good understanding or working experience with various network equipment, such as switches, routers, firewalls, servers, etc. Familiarity with companies in the telecoms/datacoms ecosystems.
