You will champion their Respiratory Portfolio, delivering strategic account management, tailored solutions, and meaningful engagement to drive long-term growth and maximise value across the primary care landscape. Ideal requirements for the Account Specialist: • Solid understanding of the NHS and customer priorities, • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, • Strong selling, influencing and presentation skills, • Good clinical and market knowledge (respiratory preferred), • Strong relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills, • ABPI qualified or working towards Role Responsibilities for the Account Specialist: • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless customer engagement, • Promote the Respiratory Portfolio in line with marketing strategy, • Build strong partnerships, positioning our client as the respiratory partner of choice, • Meet KPIs across sales, NPS, customer satisfaction and project delivery, • Ensure full compliance with ABPI and company standards Recruitment Process 2/3 stage interview process.
