Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures. Stakeholder Engagement: 1. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, staff, and external agencies., 2. Represent CareX Group in meetings with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience: 1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector., 2. Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care)., 3. Strong knowledge of care regulations and standards., 4.
