Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team on a commission-based role. You will help generate leads, reach out to potential clients, and contribute directly to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities • Identify and research potential business clients in the UK, • Make outbound calls and emails to introduce our services, • Assist in scheduling meetings with prospective clients, • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM, • Support the sales team in closing deals and onboarding clients Requirements • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Self-motivated with a drive to earn via commission, • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Compensation • 100% commission-based – the more clients you bring, the more you earn, • Opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience in a fast-growing digital agency
