Clerk of Works Passive Fire Role Overview / Responsibilities As a Clerk of Works specialising in Passive Fire, you will act as the client's representative on site, ensuring that passive fire protection systems are installed correctly and in line with regulatory standards, design specifications and contractual requirements. Clerk of Works Responsibilities: Inspecting passive fire protection installations to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and design specifications. Undertaking regular site inspections to assess workmanship, materials and quality standards. Monitoring the installation of elements such as fire stopping, fire doors, fire walls and compartmentation systems.
