Location - France /Scotland Purpose of Job : The Vice President – Sales & Marketing will lead and grow PGP Glass Limited’s Spirit, Food & Beverage (SFB) business across assigned European markets, with primary focus on premium and super-premium customers. The role is accountable for driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term customer partnerships. This is a results-oriented leadership role, responsible for developing new premium customers, strengthening market presence, and positioning PGP Glass as a preferred partner for luxury SFB glass packaging. Essential Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline, • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred Essential Experience • 18+ years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing leadership within glass packaging, spirits, food & beverage, or premium FMCG sectors, • Proven track record of developing new premium customers and expanding key accounts in Europe, • Strong experience managing pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and margin optimization, • Experience working with luxury or design-driven packaging solutions is highly preferred Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer - SFB Key Responsibilities • Own and lead the Sales & Marketing strategy for the SFB business in assigned markets, • Drive new business development, focusing on premium and luxury SFB customers, • Build and maintain long-term relationships with global and regional key accounts, • Develop and execute pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness, value creation, and margin growth, • Contribute in full P&L of assigned business including revenue targets, cost management, and profitability, • Collaborate closely with product development and manufacturing to align customer needs with technical and design capabilities, • Lead complex commercial negotiations, contracts, and long-term supply agreements, • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and premium packaging innovations to guide strategy, • Represent PGP Glass at international trade fairs, SFB expos, and strategic customer meetings, • Build, mentor, and guide high-performing sales and marketing teams where applicable Desired Behavioural Competencies • Strong results orientation with an entrepreneurial mindset, • Strategic thinker with deep commercial and financial acumen, • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills, • Ability to engage credibly with C-suite and brand owners, • High level of professionalism aligned with premium and luxury markets, • Customer-centric, decisive, and resilient under pressure
