We're looking for a Digital Designer to join our Product Design team and own design execution across internal storytelling and digital product touchpoints. About This Role Blank Street's Digital Product team builds and continuously elevates the digital tools and systems that enable a best-in-class customer and in-store experience across every touchpoint. This includes our mobile app, POS, and internal tools. In this role, you will support the strategy, development, and day-to-day improvement of our consumer and employee-facing products. You will spend a lot of time helping existing products run better, while also supporting the development and rollout of new products and features. That means gathering feedback from the field, triaging bugs and issues, translating what we are hearing into clear fixes for engineering, and supporting rollout and training so changes land smoothly. We're open to a range of experience levels --- if a more experienced candidate is a great fit, we're open to leveling the role accordingly. Over time, we want you to grow into a builder who can proactively prototype solutions and workflows (using AI-assisted development tools) to help the team move faster. The registered manager will need to register with the CQC and passing the probation stage of the role will be dependent on the CQC approving their registration. Our mental health residential home is seeking a new manager to support up to 13 service users who live with mental illness, physical disabilities, dementia, and/or complex behaviours. Responsibilities Ensuring the safety and well-being of the service users within the home · All service users will be safe, provided with person-centred care, and indicating that they are happy via feedback mechanisms · Holding responsibility for all areas of the care provided Following CQC regulations and ensuring the home is compliant · Maintaining CQC compliance, regularly auditing and improving, and preparing for CQC inspection.
