Role Overview As a DHL Motorsport Trackside Operative, you’ll support/deliver on event logistic requirements to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Main tasks at European events: • Loading and unloading of trucks., • Manual handling of equipment., • High competence using a forklift., • Complete time sensitive deliveries., • Work as part of a small team on various contracts, as required., • Maintain admin and paperwork. For both vehicle and deliveries, • Face to face relationship with customers while on site at events. The project is a large school redevelopment in Twickenham, involving demolition, refurbishment of heritage buildings and the construction of new teaching facilities. This role focuses on commercial optimisation rather than basic project administration — the business already has a QS covering day-to-day tasks. They want someone commercially sharp who can identify opportunities to improve margin and drive the project from good to great financially. The position will split time between site in Twickenham and the company’s office in Hertfordshire.
