Youll be responsible for constructing and fitting structures, carrying out carpentry work, installing roofs, and delivering a polished finish. Training will begin in theworkshop before moving onto site-based projects. Main Duties: • Assemble and install timber garden buildings according to company specifications., • Interpret construction plans to build frames, walls, doors, windows, and roofs., • Undertake carpentry and joinery tasks, making adjustments on site as needed., • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., saws, drills, nail guns)., • Fit roofing and ensure buildings are fully weatherproof., • Safely handle and move heavy materials, maintaining health and safety standards., • Apply finishes such as paint or sealants to complete the build., • Interact professionally with customers, representing the company positively., • Previous experience in carpentry, construction, or assembly-related work (preferred)., • Confident using both hand and power tools., • Able to work outdoors and lift heavy items regularly.<...
