This is a high-impact commercial role suited to an individual who operates at a consistently high level, brings a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals, and takes genuine pride in delivering a best-in-class client experience. The Opportunity Our client is a well-established, multi-site European CMO with significant growth plans. This role offers the opportunity to work with large, sophisticated customers, managing complex sales cycles and acting as a trusted commercial partner to branded supplement companies across Europe. Success in this position requires commercial rigour, attention to detail, and technical credibility, alongside the ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Drive new business development across key European dietary supplement markets, • Own and close high-value, complex CMO sales opportunities, from initial engagement through to long-term manufacturing agreements, • Act as a trusted partner to customers, delivering a high-touch, solutions-led service, • Build and manage relationships with senior commercial, technical and procurement stakeholders, • Demonstrate strong technical understanding of formulations, manufacturing processes and regulatory considerations, • Work closely with internal technical, regulatory, quality and operations teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions, • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reporting, • Represent the business professionally at key European industry events Candidate Profile • Proven experience selling CMO or contract manufacturing services within the UK dietary supplement market, • Track record of successfully closing large-value, complex B2B deals, • Strong technical understanding of dietary supplement manufacturing and regulatory frameworks, • Highly detail-oriented with pride in delivering an exceptional level of service, • Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions, • Commercially astute, structured and process-driven, • Ambitious, growth-minded and motivated by long-term career progression Why This Role? • Join a highly credible European CMO with substantial growth ambitions, • Clear career trajectory and development runway for the right individual, • Exposure to senior leadership and strategic growth initiatives, • Competitive salary, performance-related bonus and benefits
