Klear Labs bakery was conceived from the idea that a bakery can be modern, exciting and transparent at the same time. All of our ingredients are worth mentioning and created with great care, a lot of research and a lot of soul. At Klear Labs we work exclusively with gluten free ingredients, and creativity and curiosity in the daily chores are a must. Attention to detail is important, and we always encourage trialling new ideas and exploring new ingredients as they become available. A suitable candidate must have baking experience in a commercial kitchen, be capable of planning production and produce a variety of items at a high standard. The day starts at 6am and typically finishes at 2-3pm. Working with seasonal produce and being uncompromising in our focus on quality, flavour and a nutrition- led menu, quickly favoured the cafe amongst not only critics and local residents alike, but creatives from every corner the world.
