An opportunity has arisen for a Quality & Operations Executive to support the growth of the business. The Quality & Operations Executive will contribute to maintaining and achieving our quality ISO, BRC standards and other external recognised accreditations along with responding to customer quality requests and supporting the sales team with ordering processing, delivery arrangements and complying with export and import legislation. The Quality & Operations Executive role will be responsible for: • Support the Deputy Quality Manager with maintaining and achieving current and future accreditations e.g. ISO, BRC, MSC, Ecovadis, • Maintain externally recognised accreditations through robust process delivery and communication, • Maintain supplier quality approval process, • Process customer quality requests, • Proactively managing sample requests, ensuring timely dispatch to customers., • Understand our products so that they can respond to customer questions or comments, • Support sales team with the administration of processing customer orders and delivery arrangements, • Work with Principals, technical colleagues and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs, • Manage the import and export logistics, • Process customer complaints, • Effectively manage Salesforce entries for business reporting of opportunities, • Deliver excellent customer service and communication We are an experienced, dynamic business with a strong commercial heritage of the Health and Nutrition industry.
